Kim Victoria Cattrall is an Canadian actor of the English nationality born on August 21st 1956. Her best-known role is Samantha Jones, in the HBO show Sex and the City. The show has earned five Emmy Award nods and received four Golden Globe Award noms. In 2002, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award as Best Supporting actress. In 2008 and 2010, she reprised her role as Samantha Jones in the two films Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. In the 80s she was a leading character as a Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin in addition to Porky's. Kim Cattrall's character on the HBO television comedy Sex & the City is her most memorable role. An acclaimed actress, Cattrall's portrayal of the character of Samantha Jones has been a crucial moment in her career. The sitcom helped make Cattrall an international star, not only among viewers in the area however, she also became a star internationally. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Most famously, she is known for acting in the film La Dolce Vita, a comedy drama. It won an Oscar and the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival in 1960 and was also a commercial and critical hit. Born in Sweden, she was raised in Sweden's Skane. She did modeling before she started her acting career. She was named Miss Sweden. After moving to the US she started acting in films and in small characters. The first role she was credited with was in the film Abbott and Costello Go to Mars where she played the part of a Venusian guard. Following her appearance for the role in Blood Alley, she won the Golden Globe Award in the category of most promising youngcomer.
